However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from herbalove.co.za, you may request a refund from herbalove.co.za within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product.
Please send us an email with the reason of the return and a copy of your invoice prior to your refund. Any extra charges for the delivery and the packaging will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you send.
